MYC/IGH T (8;14) Fusion Probe
Product Description: lymphoma
Applications: Hematological tumor
MYC/IGH t(8;14 )fusion probe
1.Fleetness: Tissue probe hybridization time: 2 hours. Cell probe hybridization time: 1 hour.
2.Accuracy: Less non-specific background staining (dyeing). Increase difficult samples detection rate.
3.Reproducibility: Different laboratories test results are highly reproducible.
MYC /IGH is a dual color fusion probe, which directly marks a IGH probe across the known IGH breakpoints from the green fluorescence, and the orange red fluorescence is directly labeled as a MYC probe that crosses the known MYC breakpoints.
T (8; 14) can be used to assist in the diagnosis of Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) (75%) and to guide the treatment of high-grade B lymphoma with poor prognosis.
