P16 Deletion Probe
Product Description: acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)
Applications: Hematological tumor
P16 gene deletion probe
1.Fleetness: Tissue probe hybridization time: 2 hours. Cell probe hybridization time: 1 hour.
2.Accuracy: Less non-specific background staining (dyeing). Increase difficult samples detection rate.
3.Reproducibility: Different laboratories test results are highly reproducible.
The P16 gene deletion probe uses the orange-red dye to label the P16 gene region, and the green dye is used to label the chromosome 9 centromere region (CEP9).
One of the most common abnormalities in ALL, most of which are homozygous deletions in T-ALL, the proportion of homozygotes and heterozygotes in B-ALL is comparable; the prognosis is poor.
