RB1 Deletion Probe
Product Description: Multiple myeloma|(MM)
Applications: Hematological tumor
RB1 gene deletion probe
1.Fleetness: Tissue probe hybridization time: 2 hours. Cell probe hybridization time: 1 hour.
2.Accuracy: Less non-specific background staining (dyeing). Increase difficult samples detection rate.
3.Reproducibility: Different laboratories test results are highly reproducible.
RB1 gene deletion probe was labeled with orange red dye. RB1 probe could be combined with the target site by in situ hybridization. This method can be used to detect the genetic abnormalities of multiple myeloma and provide a reference for clinical differentiation of leukemia patients, prognosis judgment and drug use.
Some scholars suggest the differential diagnosis of MM from the cytogenetics level. These changes are closely related to the prognosis of the patients. The patients with RB1 gene deletion have medium prognosis and the median survival period is 40 months.
