    Domestic leader,world-class technology of fluorescence in situ hybridization with non-repetitive sequences


Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a method that combines fluorescein labeled nucleic acid probes with nucleic acid to be detected in tissue cells according to the principle of base pairing. The DNA sequence on chromosome or DNA fibers is located by fluorescence detection system, qualitative and relative quantitative analysis. FISH technology is complicated because of the experimental procedures. The shortcomings of long time and difficult judgement of results limit the application and popularization of FISH technology in clinic.

Based on the above shortcomings of FISH technology, our company independently developed a rapid fluorescence in situ hybridization probe(FastProbe ® ) based on non-repetitive sequence, which can complete FISH probe hybridization within 2-16 hours, and can reduce the non-specific hybridization background caused by repetitive sequence in the initial probe, and significantly improve the specificity and repeatability of FISH technology.
